What does “College Charcha assured” mean?

We have seen the current UGC-DEB entitlement letter, the university publishes a full fee schedule including exam and convocation charges, and it has answered our counselling team’s questions on placement support within the last six months. It is not a quality ranking and it is not paid for.

Are these fees the final amount I will pay?

The range shown is tuition for the full programme at the published rate. Examination, re-attempt and convocation charges sit outside it and differ by university — which is exactly what a counsellor will put in writing before you decide.
